Working in Oil, Acrylic and Watercolour, I select the media
that I feel will best suit my subject. I try to convey a sense of
atmosphere and location, rather than just producing a photographic rendering.
"I want the viewer of my paintings to experience the joy
I had in their creation, and to see even familiar things in a new way.
A painting should expand the wall that it is on, and allow the viewer to
enter a new dimension."
I am a graduate of the Ontario College of Art. Currently
I am represented by The Cornerstone Gallery, Stirling Scotland, Jacobson
& Associates, Art consultants of Toronto and Studio 737 Art Gallery
in Tweed. I teach workshops in Canada and the United States and my
book "Color Secrets for Glowing Oil Paintings", is published by Northlight
Publication of Cincinnati, Ohio.
