Jill Segal's paintings express her fascination with the natural
beauty of the world around her. They are celebrations of life, reflecting
the inherent energy in nature and the interconnectedness of all things.
Bold, vibrant colours, energetic calligraphy and a strong sense to design
characterize Jill's work.
Jill has been drawing and painting since childhood. She began
working in watercolour in 1986 and since then has taken numerous workshops
with many prominent artists. She has taken courses at the Haliburton School
of Fine Arts and the Ontario College of Art.
